John at the Medford service department was extremely helpful getting my granddaughters car fixed right away. She actually lives up by near Portland and she came down for a couple of days but then her se helpful getting my granddaughters car fixed right away. She actually lives up by near Portland and she came down for a couple of days but then her service engine light started flashing. They were booked out for a couple of weeks but managed to squeeze her in right away and get her car fixed. We’ve never had anything but excellent service at this location. More
The service person I dealt Spencer was rude and unhelpful and provided zero communication. The first words out his mouth after calling the service department as advised by Kia was “I don’t know why they are and provided zero communication. The first words out his mouth after calling the service department as advised by Kia was “I don’t know why they are telling you to call me and what I’m supposed to do.” Then he refused to run the necessary diagnostic test needed for engine to replaced under warranty since my check engine light wasn’t on. They kept a car for over month and then sent it over Hydundi and not ONE TIME did anyone ever call me to let me know what was going or even that my car was no longer in their possession. More
