High Pressure I was under the impression that car dealerships didn't operate like this anymore, boy was I wrong. I stepped on the lot and was immediately handed off to a salesman who never actually bothered to show me any of the used vehicles that I was inquiring about, but rather walked me around the lot pointing to a few of them and then very adeptly steered me into the sales floor and began pumping me for my financial information. When I wasn't interested in purchasing the one vehicle they showed me that day the high pressure tactics really kicked in and I was handed over to Sammy who is apparently the owner and obviously the deal maker/closer. It was like I had feared a used car buying experience would be and I am still pretty upset and frustrated by how much I feel like I was jerked around because I was the type of customer who wanted to talk about the comparable prices and actual values of vehicles I had found through my research and I wasn't willing to pay more for a vehicle than it was worth. I wish I could have the HOURS of my life back I wasted here. I would NEVER send my friends or family here purely because I don't think anyone should be subjected to a high pressure sales environment like that anymore. More

Clueless Inquired about a used vehicle for my son. First of all they stated the mileage significantly lower than the actual mileage. We called on Thursday evening and arranged to view/test drive on Friday afternoon and to make sure it was still available as we live 30 miles away. We got there Friday afternoon and the salespeople couldn't find the vehicle. Turns out the vehicle was sent to auction a week prior. Got a great deal! I called and spoke to the owner of the dealership on the phone and inquired about a lease. He went on his computer and gave me a great deal. He didn't ask for my information and when I told him I'd call back, he didn't push. I did call back and then went in and leased the car. He kept his word on the deal and he found the car in the color I wanted and had it driven to me in a day or two. I'm happy! And the car is beautiful. More

The dealership was just opening when we arrived and they let us know they were there to assist us, but they never hovered over us or pushed us into purchasing something we did not want. When we found a model we wanted to try out they were very generous and allowed us to test drive as much as we needed. All personnel introduced themselves and were very courteous and helpful in our decision to purchase this vehicle. An hour and a half after arriving, we drove off in our new Kia. I hate this soul, gets horrible mileage and wears out tires like crazy... Recently I was in for service and was disgusted by the service department, another new face what a surprise...... Not..... I was invited into the shop to view an issue on my car and there was literally no heat the technicians were bundled up for the arctic it seems.... Half the lights in the service bays don't even work!!! How can my repairs be done correctly in those conditions??... The dress code is horrible... Not one mechanic was even dressed to work on a car.... I've never been to another dealership that has no matching uniforms or at least company branded shirt and jacket ( are these techs even qualified) I asked myself.... One of them had a disgusting sweatshirt on green in color and was completely oil soaked as he climbed into my car not to mention having his pants at half-mast showing his under pants..... I am mortified these are the conditions my brand new kia will be worked on in.... Unfortunately I cannot bring it anywhere else as the other dealers are too far away. Maybe these issues will be cleared up in the future but I doubt it the way the owner treats his customers and screams at his employees swearing in front of us customers.. More

They did not just want to sell a car, they wanted to help you be happy with your car. They showed us all the bells and whistles on the car, and took us for a long test drive. By the time we finished our purchases we felt like family. We even visit them now. I would highly recommend this business.
