I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and they checked me in im I recently had my 2015 Kia Sorrento serviced at the Kia Store in Rainbow City. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and they checked me in immediately. The service manager was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know all about my maintenance options and recommendation. He then guided me to the waiting area and offered me coffee, water or a snack while my car was being worked on. The servicing of my vehicle took less then 1 hour. At the time of payments the service manager let me know what areas that they worked on and what areas that may need attention in the future. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend their service to anyone. More
