The Kia Store has a great asset in Quez Williams! He is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and just overall a great guy and salesman!!! I knew exactly what I wanted before I ever made an appointment.. very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and just overall a great guy and salesman!!! I knew exactly what I wanted before I ever made an appointment.....well, except for colors that were available. He worked one on one with us as he stated he wanted to do in the text he sent me. He did....or it seemed...everything in his power to get my payment at a monthly monthly rate I could afford! I was actually pleasantly surprised at what he could....and did do for us!!! Thank you Quez and the entire staff at The Kia Store! I absolutely love my new 2020 Soul!!! (With the exception of NO CD player!) I don't understand why Kia decided to omit those? Us baby boomers have CD collections that we treasure and want to be able to play on a player!!!! I know that's no reflection on the employees but someone needs to put a bug in Kia's/Hyundai's ears!!!
