This has to be the worst store in America They started with braking my lug but covers the first time I took it for service. I communicated with them over and over to get them replaced...to thi They started with braking my lug but covers the first time I took it for service. I communicated with them over and over to get them replaced...to this day they won’t replace them... they would not horn or coupons I purchased through Kia Corporate when I bought my car in North Carolina. The coupons have no expiration date. I was told the remainder of coupons still in my book had been used...NOT TRUE... I took it for cruise to be fixed and they said they could not find a problem...I am going to write a review and letter and send to corporate. This should not be happening. I will have to take my vehicle to Bham... More

Amazing, friendly, helpful group of people My Babs (2016 Blue Kia Forte) got sick the other day, threw up all of her oil over the ground. I had no idea what made her sick, but the Kia staff in My Babs (2016 Blue Kia Forte) got sick the other day, threw up all of her oil over the ground. I had no idea what made her sick, but the Kia staff in the service department came to the rescue. The knowledgeable, friendly staff was right on it. Within a couple of hours, they know what was wrong with her and had her running again. I'm very pleased. More
