New car purchase I stopped by to take a look at the Kia Optimas for the first time and was welcomed by the Kia staff especially Amber! I wasn’t looking to purchase rig I stopped by to take a look at the Kia Optimas for the first time and was welcomed by the Kia staff especially Amber! I wasn’t looking to purchase right then but they worked with me and were so nice that I ended up trading my Cadillac and drove off in a brand new 2018 Kia Optima! RUDE, UNHELPFUL STAFF This dealership has the most rude, unhelpful, incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. In the beginning we we're pressured into buying an overpriced This dealership has the most rude, unhelpful, incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. In the beginning we we're pressured into buying an overpriced vehicle from a just as incompetent loan company with an outrageous interest rate. Pay on the vehicle for 19 months and one day it just died. It was towed to the dealership and it was checked out and determined it had a blown motor due to our not maintaining the vehicle. My husband would not work 70 hours a week and not maintain the vehicle hisself or at all after paying payments and insurance on the family vehicle. I have never been so humiliated in my life by these people. I have 2 children and I'm disabled and my husband is the only one working. Long story short, we had a warranty and they will not honor it because we are at fault for not changing oil. However, my husband did 4 times in 18 months but there was still sludge in the motor. The car never gave a warning at all. Now our family hasn't had a vehicle in almost 6 months and we just received an estimate 2 weeks ago for $7500. Who on earth has that kind of money at one time? I have called and emailed countless times to countless people. They are to busy wearing them chairs in their office out. The young lady that answered the phone was the only half way nice person. More
