Our experience in dealing with James Myrick and Rainbow City Kia was totally positive. Our 2010 minivan had over 272,000 miles on it, and we were in need of a new vehicle. We wanted ONLY a Kia Carnival or City Kia was totally positive. Our 2010 minivan had over 272,000 miles on it, and we were in need of a new vehicle. We wanted ONLY a Kia Carnival or Sedona minivan, and with today’s vehicle shortage, there seemed to be very few available. We looked online and found the vehicle we wanted at Rainbow City Kia. We then looked at the dealership’s salesperson reviews before contacting them. James had only positive reviews. On a Wednesday morning I called and asked for James. He called me back within five minutes. I told him that I was making an initial preliminary call and that my husband would call him later. As we talked about the two Carnivals his dealership had in stock, my husband overheard our conversation and joined in. James answered all of his questions. He was not at all pushy. After about 45 minutes of discussion, James told us that the dealership could deliver our new minivan the next morning. Less than 24 hours after we committed to purchase our Carnival, it was delivered about 175 miles from Rainbow City Kia in Alabama to our driveway in Georgia. We absolutely love this vehicle. It seats 8, so there is room from our Grands, as needed. Ours was an out-of-state purchase, and James walked us through all of the necessary steps of the process including financing, applying for tag, getting proof of insurance, and training on the vehicle’s ‘bells and whistles.’ Due to his excellent customer service and knowledge of the product, we gladly add our review to the other positive reviews about James Myrick.
