My wife and I have utilized KIA of Attleboro for many years now. We have bought several vehicles from them and we have had a great experience with the sales department, finance department, and the servic years now. They are our “go to” auto dealership! In particular, we would highly recommend Roy Silveira as your sales representative. Roy is very down-to-earth and has an easy-going personality. He goes out of his way to be helpful and make everything comfortable and go smoothly. This is the second vehicle we have purchased with Roy’s help. And the most recent visit was the easiest experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Make sure you ask for Roy the next time you stop into Kia available. He is absolutely excellent! heads up to be careful with the Kia in South Attleboro My car was sent there for the engine to be replaced as there was a recall on it. He talked to me awfully and was rude and hung up on me twice and told me I had to pay $400 if I wanted my AC fixed, even though it was their fault. after I left a negative review on Google, they had my review removed and started posting fake reviews about how great the place is and editing old reviews to make themselves look better. HIGHLY do not recommend them. More

Michael Couto, sales manager, spoke with him about a trade in and possible purchase of vehicle or two. While we were talking about several options, he seemed annoyed and not helpful. He then accused us of trying to threatening him to buy our trade in. Not sure how we threatened him at all. Wouldn’t explain how he felt threatened by us as we were talking back and forth about options. He was rude and unprofessional and walked away from us. He cost Kia two sales and some bad reviews. He clearly did not want our trade in or value us as customers. I thought that sales people actually wanted to work with people to help them buy vehicles. This was our worst car buying experience ever. More
