My car developed a serious issue a week prior to my scheduled oil change. At the dealership, I asked that a diagnostic test be done to discover what the problem might be. It turned out to be bad igni scheduled oil change. At the dealership, I asked that a diagnostic test be done to discover what the problem might be. It turned out to be bad ignition coils. Although my appt. was only for a routine oil change, he was able to get my car slotted in to fix the bad coils. I was out within 2 hours. An oil change with a full inspection, a fix to a serious mechanical issue, and a repair to a defective trunk latch all done in 2 hours. Great service! More

After getting struck by a drunk driver, and my car getting totaled, my wife and I were pretty stressed. Initially talking with Luis, and then Roy to help us finish the details. It’s friendly and professional. My car was done in the minimal time necessary to do what needed to be done. If I wanted I had access to a ride.
