I was wondering where to go if I had any complaints about my transaction/time with Kia of Attleboro. I was sold a lemon, defected to the point that it may have caused damage to the engine. Drove it for 48 ho my transaction/time with Kia of Attleboro. I was sold a lemon, defected to the point that it may have caused damage to the engine. Drove it for 48 hours, then was kind enough to bring it back and try my best to keep it safe after engine overheated, spoon feeding it coolant during a 5 hour journey every 30 minutes, was NOT offered a courtesy car, proceeded to wait nearly 2 weeks for the repair. The associate in service said it should be done one day, then proceeded to not be done until the next week. Not to mention I was sold the car as a 2017 Kia Niro LX, when in actuality it was an FE (one trim lower), I even double checked with both the internet sales manager and my salesperson who assured me it was an LX. My salesman told me the car would be done on a Monday for sure which was good because I was going to Syracuse on the Friday so I had time to get a sticker and everything, only for me to have to pick it up that Friday and drive straight to Syracuse. This has been a nightmare for me and I feel like I’ve been walked all over through this entire process. I don’t know a single person who would want to keep a car/continue business after going through this. Hoping this reaches someone and I can get some type of help/response. More

Absolutely horrible experience. The man at the parts department would not assist me. He was supposed to help me get a new tire but openly refused!
