This Kia dealership by far is the best one that I’ve been to. I’ve had Kia’s for the last 10 years. I purchased a new 2021 Kia Seltos less than a year ago. I live an hour and a half from this dealership (I w to. I’ve had Kia’s for the last 10 years. I purchased a new 2021 Kia Seltos less than a year ago. I live an hour and a half from this dealership (I was in the area visiting my daughter) On my way, I was panicked, a light was flashing while on the freeway and the steering wheel seemed to have its own mind. Needless to say, when I reached my destination I called Kia. They were backed up in service for two weeks but they were nice enough to tell me I could bring the car in and they may be able to get to it. The gentleman who took care of me was wonderful, very kind and caring he told me to leave my car if I could, and hopefully they will be able to get to it by morning. I was very appreciative. I know my Kia dealership in Methuen would not have done that and I know that from experience. And I know where I purchased my car in Lowell Ma. Wouldn’t have helped me either . They never even showed me what all the functions on my car are. To this day I still don’t know. I don’t mean to bash the other two Kia places but I was so impressed with Attleboro Kia. They checked out my car, washed it, and it was all free of charge! Thank you Kia of Attleboro. You made me believe there are some people who still care.
