Last mechanic is never allowed to touch my vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Watched him use impact gun on left rear 10 times! Had a flat a few days later and had to remove the tire and when I put vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Watched him use impact gun on left rear 10 times! Had a flat a few days later and had to remove the tire and when I put the tire back on 1 lug is stripped and can’t be tightened. Tires were all marked 9 and 10 on back of service paper. I said you replaced tires? No they were not! These measurements were brand new tires! I have 34k miles and should be 5 or 6! Person who gave paperwork re measured and they are 5 and 6. Incompetent in my opinion! More

Very disappointed in the follow through and management practices. I had an issue with the parts on my brand new Car that was covered under warranty and it took over 6 trips and countless miles on my car practices. I had an issue with the parts on my brand new Car that was covered under warranty and it took over 6 trips and countless miles on my car to get taken car of. The last time I went the car was left dirty. When I called the GM he literally could have cared less. Mike the service manager is very nice and tired to remedy the situation but it seemed like it just wasn’t a priority and or there was a lack of communication within their team to properly execute timely service. So needless to say I will forfeit the extended warranty and go to another Kia dealership that will care about customer service. More

The employees at Attleboro Kia service department are xxxxxxxx liars. I had my car towed there on Wednesday and they said it would be at least looked at on Friday. I called l them late Friday afternoon a xxxxxxxx liars. I had my car towed there on Wednesday and they said it would be at least looked at on Friday.
