I asked for a rattling to be looked into and it was not. When I followed up I was told there would be an analysis charge on a new car???? They claimed they fixed the rattling by adjusting the headrest. We When I followed up I was told there would be an analysis charge on a new car???? Customer service is great, The “Hand Car Wash” different story! This is the second time I have had issues with the Detail crew. My salesman , Steve Fallone, was terrific! The Kia Sportage is great but it took 3 months to get it!!! The delivery time kept getting postponed. That being said, I had to rent a car from Enterprise fo Sportage is great but it took 3 months to get it!!! The delivery time kept getting postponed. That being said, I had to rent a car from Enterprise for that time to the cost of over $3,000. I asked your dealership over & over again if I could use one of the many cars( that hadn’t moved) for people who were getting serviced. In the meantime, my daughter-in-law was getting the Kia large SUV. She went to Norwood seeing what was happening with me. More
