I have had a terrible time with Personnel at KIA of Attleboro. The right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. I get put into a general voicemail box and noone ever calls. I had an unknown problem with with my new Kia Soul. I had a problem with acceleration and shifting, also the warning light was on. (My guess it was computer related.) Kia of Attleboro saw me same day. had a problem with acceleration and shifting, also the warning light was on. (My guess it was computer related.) Kia of Attleboro saw me same day. Diagnosis was that squirrels or other rodents ate through my wiring. Car was fixed with a patch. People were friendly and helpful. (Repair cost could have been much more!) Even the car was washed. (Coffee in the waiting room was pretty good too!) In the Service Department Sean McGuire was very helpful. A mechanic was helpful in pointing out the problem and explaining what was needed, however I can't recall this name. More
