I found out that I waited over an hour in the waiting area This was the first time I was very unhappy. It took longer than I expected to get my car. I found out that I waited over an hour in the waiting area after my car was finished. The older man was very busy. The young man was always on his phone texting when I went out to the desk area. My car was finished about 1:15 and I didn’t get it until 2:25. The only reason I got it then was because I stayed out by reception until the young man put down his phone and asked if he could help me. I told him my car was finished and I was waiting for the paperwork. He went to a pile of papers and told me it was all set. If I hadn’t gone out there I may still be there. My time is precious too and I wasn’t happy about spending an extra hour or so there for no reason. Like I said the older man was running around while the kid was on his phone every time I went to the reception area. Not a great visit. More

I had an unknown problem with with my new Kia Soul. I had a problem with acceleration and shifting, also the warning light was on. (My guess it was computer related.) Kia of Attleboro saw me same day. had a problem with acceleration and shifting, also the warning light was on. (My guess it was computer related.) Kia of Attleboro saw me same day. Diagnosis was that squirrels or other rodents ate through my wiring. Car was fixed with a patch. People were friendly and helpful. (Repair cost could have been much more!) Even the car was washed. (Coffee in the waiting room was pretty good too!) In the Service Department Sean McGuire was very helpful. A mechanic was helpful in pointing out the problem and explaining what was needed, however I can't recall this name. More

I have had a terrible time with Personnel at KIA of Attleboro. The right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. I get put into a general voicemail box and noone ever calls. I can see why it's no long Attleboro. The right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. I get put into a general voicemail box and noone ever calls. I can see why it's no longer courtesy KIA. You make your customers feel like they're the xxxxxxxx. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone. More
