We all know how dreadful buying a car can be, but this was the best experience I’ve ever had. No pressure, no hassle, and I got more for my trade than was promised by another dealer! I will cover what i personally experienced as well as note my observations. Atmosphere is generally pleasant and car selection clear. Cars are cleaned and well prepared for customers. I encountered a few issues i really did not expect: argument over 300 dollars in a new car price with the middle sales management, which i feel went too far and is the reason for loss of stars. If not for someone in my party falling in love with the vehicle i would of walked away and bought same car elsewhere outside of New England area for sake of value. For all new cars the dealership offers a free warranty extension on drive train from 10/100,000 via manufacturer to 20 year/200,000 miles. When buying a kia rio, in the finance office i was told that drivetrain maintenance extension is only valid if maintenance is done at this dealership. This has been determined to be an illegal practice by the ftc. “… it’s illegal for a dealer to deny your warranty coverage simply because you had routine maintenance or repairs done by someone else.” https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/auto-warranties-and-service-contracts If it happens to you, do not argue, but contact the DA in your state and CC the FTC on the situation. This approach apples to all car dealers whose employees try to tie where you do maintenance to honoring their extended warranties. Now on service. I went in for service at Kia of Attleboro. It exceeded expectations and that experience was 5 stars thats to quality staff, generous price and competent service. I recommend trying it for yourself if you own a KIA vehicle. I understand that the owner has ethnic roots in country of Georgia. I have visited the country and respect it immensely. I have seen respect and value of human relations transcend everything including profit, making people who subscribe to this concept the best partners in and out of business. i would recommend the dealership taking on these ideals.
