The sales process was great and financing was clear and quick. It was great to be able to walk Ina nd walk out owning a car. Nothing bad happened, but the staff was misinformed and thought RI gave you 30 days. More

I wish I had never bought the service plan at Kia but I kinda just agreed because it sounded good! I can never get in to get service when my schedule allows and every time I get an oil change it’s booked o kinda just agreed because it sounded good! I guess we can’t compare certain things , but I will be honest at my previous dealer it was quick in and out and what worked for me . I guess my frustration also comes with I should have asked more questions before purchasing the service plan. I’m not sure what to do about the plan I purchased , but I will always be respectful about all service I have received and continue to receive … I’m just not happy and kicking myself in the butt! I have told family members and friends to go elsewhere and I know you would to if you weren’t happy with service and with how the whole purchase of vehicle was finalized. I also get it that it’s so easy to agree on finances because the person on the other end makes it sound so good.
