My car was brought in for its second transmission the first transmission was installed by the dealer where I purchased the car it lasted about three weeks. My car died in front of this dealership they re first transmission was installed by the dealer where I purchased the car it lasted about three weeks. My car died in front of this dealership they replaced the second transmission no questions asked so my experience started out great but when they called me to pick my vehicle up I noticed a chip in my windshield the service manager was adamant that the chip was there I know it wasn’t. So now I’m on the hook for a 900 dollar window replacement if the first transmission wasn’t bad I would never of had to put the second transmission in and the windshield in my car wouldn’t of gotten broke.So my experience went from great to terrible.After several calls into service they swear the window was broken I know it wasn’t the chip has spread across the windshield now I have no choice but to pay for a window I didn’t break. More
