This would have been a 5 star rating if it weren’t for two things. 1) We used the dealer’s website to choose the car, and arranged to come buy the car at a specific day and time. We informed the dealer t two things. 1) We used the dealer’s website to choose the car, and arranged to come buy the car at a specific day and time. We informed the dealer that we were driving a long way for this specific car in a specific color. We even verified with the dealer that the car was still available prior to driving the 90 minutes to get to the dealer. The dealer confirmed. However, once we arrived we were told the car had sold earlier that day. Upset is an understatement for how I felt. They did have the same spec car in another color. And after driving all that way we decided to buy anyway. 2) The dealer manager was not great in that he did NOTHING to make up for their mistake. The price of the car was good enough for me to put up with a poor dealer manager. Both the sales person and the finance person were great, and neither tried to sell me on any extras. But the manager should have offered something, even if just an apology. Don’t expect a good internet sales experience, and don’t expect a manger who cares about his clients. In the end this dealer losses out. I bought this car for my son, and I tend to buy cars often, and usually buy from the same dealers. This was my first experience buying a Kia, and next time I’ll use a different dealer. Good luck. More

I was very disappointed with the service desk and not knowing what he was talking about. He said I needed tires and my tires were replaced not to long ago. The mechanic even said I didn't need them. I feel loyal customers should receive a better rate on labor. I felt like it was a little expensive for the labor rate.
