I have purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and for the most part, they were enjoyable experiences. I visited the dealership again yesterday (01/18/21) to see if I could get my son a car. past and for the most part, they were enjoyable experiences. I spoke with the sales representative, (who was very helpful, but for the purposes of this rating, I won't name because none of this is his fault. After filling out a credit app, the salesperson brought it to the sales managers office and very shortly thereafter, came back out and said there was nothing they could do for me because I had two other car loans. This is the same dealership who was able to give us an additional car lease for a 2021 Kia Sorento. We were not able to take the lease due to financial circumstances at the time and I suspect (can't prove anything) that the dealership manager(s) recalls this fact and just wanted to just get us out of the dealership. If true, that's unfortunate because we ended up buying from another dealership later that same day. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but it seems that they just didn't want to put the work in to get the business at that time. More
