It was first time having my vehicle serviced with Kia of Attleboro. I dropped off my vehicle the night before. Received a warm welcome by the attentive service staff members. It was explained clearly as to Attleboro. I dropped off my vehicle the night before. Received a warm welcome by the attentive service staff members. It was explained clearly as to what was doing to be done and when to expect to hear back from the service advisor. Though it was simply just a warranty claim. The service advisor did an excellent job of settling realistic expectations. He followed up with me just as was expected and luckily it was a simple fix and I had my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they washed it for me and parked it in a secure area. As they recognized I take a lot of pride in my vehicle. More
