Kia of Attleboro

Went in for a simple oil change for my 2023 Kia Sportage, under 7,000 miles. After they held my vehicle overnight, I got a call the next morning about my vehicle being in critical condition (basically eng under 7,000 miles. After they held my vehicle overnight, I got a call the next morning about my vehicle being in critical condition (basically engine failure) after an accident in the shop. Apparently it wasn't covered, even though I did nothing to it on my part? Got my vehicle towed to Tasca Kia in Johnston, they not only fixed my vehicle and gave it the oil change and new filter... They sued Kia of Attleboro for me! I'm now well off and own two separate businesses and own 3 homes. Thank you so much Kia of JOHNSTON. More

Completely unhelpful and they DO NOT communicate. I went in for a recall and they GAVE ME THE KEYS to my car even though it was totally unsafe to drive. It died the next day and ended up needing a ne I went in for a recall and they GAVE ME THE KEYS to my car even though it was totally unsafe to drive. It died the next day and ended up needing a new engine. I was told it would be covered, only to be told one month later that they weren't going to cover the engine under the warranty AND RECALL and was going to have to pay $4600 for a new engine. I ended up having my car towed to Tasca Kia in Johnston Rhode Island after TWO MONTHS and they got me a new engine UNDER WARRANTY and it was ready to go in two weeks. I will never go back to this dealership. More
