Friendly staff and competent services, but a little disorganized. Didn't call me back after leaving multiple messages and almost sent me home without paying my bill. Reason for visit: software update for theft prevention on Kia Forte. The service people are always courteous, professional, and prompt in providing services needed. I went in because I was getting a semi at 62 miles an hour turned out to be tires and alignment. They did it while I waited and went to the nearby donut shop for breakfast I looked at a van to replace my hour turned out to be tires and alignment. They did it while I waited and went to the nearby donut shop for breakfast I looked at a van to replace my Sedona. Saw the $7500 dealer markup above MSRP and quickly discounted any possibility of getting one. I think the dealership is OK in terms of courteous service, but the whole car industry is going to get a serious wake up call. It's already started with hundreds of excess trucks that are over priced sitting at dealerships everywhere. More
