Last visit I would have given a 5 star review. I was in and out in 30 minutes for an oil change. This visit, I dropped off my car at 9:00am. I did not wait for it since I was having 4 tires instal I was in and out in 30 minutes for an oil change. This visit, I dropped off my car at 9:00am. I did not wait for it since I was having 4 tires installed. I called back at 2:00 to find out why they had not called for pick up. They were just starting! When I picked up it was not washed or vacuumed like they usually do. I spent over $700 and was pushed aside for waiting customers who probably got their cars washed and vacuumed! More

I was very happy about how quickly they met my needs and the fact I was able to buy the car that I had wanted to buy since the model had been introduced back in 2014. Everybody was extremely friendly and ni the fact I was able to buy the car that I had wanted to buy since the model had been introduced back in 2014. Everybody was extremely friendly and nice and I wasn't feeling like I was being rushed. There is so much more I want to say in a positive light but there is not enough time or space to so. The only thing I can say is that they need to do inspections there. I love the car so much and so does my wife! More
