The recent frequent trips to the dealership is because I am in the process of doing an oil consumption test on my 2027 Kia Sorrento. I am very disappointed with my Kia and the way the manufacturer is handling the problem that people are having with their cars from 'the award winner best car manufacturer'. I have written a letter Kia and copied to the dealer with no response. I know all my complaining is to no avail. This whole matter is VERY DISAPPOINTING AND STRESSFUL. This is my second Sorento and probably my last Kia. As I mentioned above, probably these comments are to no avail. Secondly, the service reps have been very courteous. Polite and patient, and I commented them for that. That are taking the blunt of the complaints and frustration from owners. This whole matter is VERY FRUSTRATING AN D STRESSFUL for me. More

I went in for an oil change and bulb replacement. They were very thorough and let me know that the tires were close to need replacing and the same with the rear brakes.
