Service department just tried to have me replace ONE PART for almost $5,500 total. The part itself was almost $5,000 alone!!! I left there and drove to my local mechanic who said the part doesn’t need to be for almost $5,500 total. The part itself was almost $5,000 alone!!! I left there and drove to my local mechanic who said the part doesn’t need to be replaced. He said it needed to be cleaned. It cost me $30 at my local mechanic. That’s a big savings!!!!!! Huge!!! If I could give negative stars… I would. Awful experience today. More
