They made an excellent first impression. I brought my 5 year old Optima in due to a check engine light. They set reasonable expectations, nothing overly optimistic, since at that point the p I brought my 5 year old Optima in due to a check engine light. They set reasonable expectations, nothing overly optimistic, since at that point the problem was unknown. They found the issue within the hour and fixed it, replaced 2 tires and did an oil change over the course of another 2 hours. For the check engine, it turned out to be covered by my extended warranty. I didn’t have to search for my warranty as they found that on their own. the remaining costs were reasonable. My thanks to Gary for his help and honesty, and to the rest of the team for getting my car back on the road, running smoother than it has in a long time. More

Everyone is nice and helpful i wasn’t happy with my last visit because I had an appointment for an oil change so that would typically be one hour I was there for close to two hours because they didn’t have visit because I had an appointment for an oil change so that would typically be one hour I was there for close to two hours because they didn’t have a part for my car and had to go get it. I was just thinking if you knew you were working on a Toyota the next day that someone would go out and get the part before hand so that it was ready for the appointment . Thanks More
