I brought my car for service and the dealership failed to fix the issue. I had to have my car towed up there because it would not get over 25 mph and was told that even thought it had already been there it w fix the issue. When my appointment came up I called in the afternoon to find out what was going on (my appointment was for 9 a.m.) I was told that someone called out and they didn’t get to it. Now they are calling saying that they cannot find anything wrong with it. If the are incapable of fixing it I will be contacting a lawyer. More

I have been here once multiple years ago. Dropped my car off for a recall. No shuttle ride or rental cars. Had to pay for and Uber home.
