You've had my car for 2 months now...I have 20 year/200,000 mile warranty...it is a 2017 Kia Optima and burns oil within 3,000 miles of driving it after getting complete oil changes on a regular b year/200,000 mile warranty...it is a 2017 Kia Optima and burns oil within 3,000 miles of driving it after getting complete oil changes on a regular basis. Not even a word on what's going on with it....just sitting at Kia....poor poor service and a lemon of a car. More

I picked out a car and made a deal. When I went to pick it up the wrong car was brought up for me and the one I had made the deal on was not ready as it had a tear in the bumper. Workers are very nice but it doesn’t take an hour for an oil change. Give people an in and out oil change option. I know it's way to up sell... but not everyone has that hot to sit there. oil change.
