Went in for a recall after receiving letter from corporate. Already had contacted dealership about a month before regarding the news of the recall. They checked my VIN and production date at that time and said that my vehicle was not impacted. Took the time to go in after getting letter and calling again and being told that I should go in. Confirmed that I did not have an issue as I was previously informed. Left me wondering if they try to get everyone in as they ALWAYS try to sell a bunch of extra services while there. Also, car wash was terrible (still dirty) and they lost my car magnet. Initially gave me a difficult time about receiving sufficient credit towards replacing it. I've bought two new vehicles from them, but the service has slipped over the years. I know that the original owner died tragically a while back, and it doesn't seem to be the same kind of service oriented dealership since then. By the way, they also charged my credit card the wrong amount for a brake light bulb that they replaced that day. Andy finally straightened out my situation after another call to the dealership and requesting to talk to a manager. More
