Dealership kept in touch letting me know the status of my car but when I picked car up there was some trash in the center console that was not left from me. Also my mileage on odometer read 94,000 miles but car but when I picked car up there was some trash in the center console that was not left from me. Also my mileage on odometer read 94,000 miles but the paperwork noted 92,400 at time of tow drop off. That’s a 1,600 mile difference! I did not mention this to the dealership. The staff was always very courteous and empathetic to me and my situation which was nice. More

Came in for a check engine light and was told I didn’t have an appointment as I was showing the guy my confirmation email. After 2 hours of waiting and realizing they hadn’t been looking at the car I left have an appointment as I was showing the guy my confirmation email. After 2 hours of waiting and realizing they hadn’t been looking at the car I left and and had to call for an update 8 hours later after being repeatedly hung up on while trying to receive an update all day. They said nothing was wrong with my car, and If there was a problem it was my fault and my 2020 car was too old to fix. After they said they shut the check engine light off and promised it Would it not come back on, it came back on within a weeks times. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received and would most likely never consider buying from this dealership again due to always having issues with a car I purchased here More
