Hi Derick We apologize that we were not able to get an approval for you on your warranty claim. Manufacturers have certain regulations and limitations as to claim approvals. You arrived in our service department stating that you were uncertain that we would be able get your issue covered thru the warranty. Driving 160mph speed to see if your car is capable is not only illegal but careless to possibly harming others. In return causing your skid plate underneath the vehicle to become mangled and unrepairable. Needing replacement. This is not a warranty issue. This is a self destructed issue that a manufacturer will not cover under warranty. We will be happy to help you in future with service and or any REAL Warranty issues that you may be experiencing.
