Purchased a new 2022 Sorento. They were clear on their pricing, more than fair on my trade-in, and I felt like my purchase was important to them. This experience by far exceeded my worst nightmare! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The salesman lied on multiple occasions from the trade in value prior to arrival, the price of the vehicles prior to arrival, a DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The salesman lied on multiple occasions from the trade in value prior to arrival, the price of the vehicles prior to arrival, and ultimately the final price which we realized during the paperwork process and assumed it was too late. Turns out there are multiple things wrong with the vehicle that were never disclosed. The oil was not changed and now I'm forced to already put tons of money into it after 1 month. Part of our loan included a check back to us. I had to contact the dealership multiple times just to receive it. Come to find out it had been written a few days after the purchase and sitting on desk, so after waiting one month to finally receive it, it was actually issued 1 month prior. They are extremely misleading and absolute crooks. Save your efforts and stress and travel as far as you must to never step foot into this dealership. More
