Kia of Dayton - Service Center

Well I bought a new stinger from here not to long ago. Sure enough there is something seriously wrong with it no surprise after reading all the terrible reviews about this place. But any way I call set up Sure enough there is something seriously wrong with it no surprise after reading all the terrible reviews about this place. But any way I call set up a time to bring it back to find out what was wrong with I get there and when I called I asked about the tire I was promised they said they would find out. So no surprise I was told after I drove 1.5 hrs to take it there to check the service light that I was not getting a tire from them unless I removed my review. HAHAHAHA that is not happening. They are snakes there I’m glad I chose to take it somewhere else because I’m not sure it would have been done properly. I will never step foot near that place again lesson learned. More

Had an appointment to get a tire changed the appointment was more than a week out. They said they had the tire and I made the appointment. Get their wait over an hour from the appointment time for the guy t was more than a week out. They said they had the tire and I made the appointment. Get their wait over an hour from the appointment time for the guy to come out joking that I’d have to come back Monday… turns out they didn’t even have the right tire. I drove 1.5 hrs to get there and wasted another 1+ hrs for nothing will not be returning. More
