The dealership serviced my car, oil change and rotated my tires. They said my car was done then remembered they had to do a computer upgrade recall. So I had to wait an another 45 minutes. tires. Always receive great customer service and quality work on our Kia Soul and Sorento. Brandon is the xxxx and my go to guy when I schedule service. Took vehicle to be worked on and was quoted a price for work ( around 700 dollars). During the time it was being worked on another issue was found and was to cost addition money ( another 600) When I went work ( around 700 dollars). During the time it was being worked on another issue was found and was to cost addition money ( another 600) When I went to pay for it the total was even higher than the original and the added amount combined ( charged 1700 instead of 1300). Went home to look at bill and contacted Brandon in service on this issue. He thought he found the issue and stated he would look into it next day and contact me on resolution. As of 11 pm the next day he has not called me. Two other facts on additional services. I was close to needing an oil change so I agreed to having this done. On bill I was charged for synthetic oil which at the time of this review I don’t know if this is what I have had in the past or not but I do know it cost more that plain oil. Guess this was my bad not to ask. And lastly I had a coupon that was presented to shop when I brought in the vehicle but was not taken off the bill. I gave Brandon all day to do what he stated he would do. I could have called but he offered and this way it was on his time frame not mine. I will follow up and I do expect this to be resolved. More

The oil change happened quickly and was on time. The guy that did it seemed into the job and went around the wheels one more time with a wrench after using an impact to tighten the bolts up.
