60,000 mile service-Kia Sorento Check out process really slow and confusing. I had coupons and there was great confusion on how to handle. No inspempnotes were given to see if other services were needed down the road. More

Helped me out My appointment went really well. It was my first appointment for my new Kia Rio S Hatchback. The staff listened to me and answered my questions. They My appointment went really well. It was my first appointment for my new Kia Rio S Hatchback. The staff listened to me and answered my questions. They also did me a favor and drained the summer windshield wiper fluid from my car so that I could add a winter de-icer blend. I appreciated that. I was not sure how to drain it on my own. My solution would have been to sit in the car and run the washer until I emptied it on my own, LOL. They did a good job. More

I am disappointed in the Rev Rewards program & free oil changes for a year. I think it doesn’t make sense that they start the year when you purchase your vehicle & NOT when you get your first oil change. I changes for a year.
