Worst Service I have ever had! Had to have the car towed for steam coming through all the vents into the cabin. We were told there was nothing wrong and we could come and get it. Had to have the car towed for steam coming through all the vents into the cabin. We were told there was nothing wrong and we could come and get it. We insisted they look again. When I called the service manager Chris told me we had no warranty (we have a 100,000 mile 10 year bumper to bumper we bought with our 2014 Soul). I told him we did and he told me to prove it, After being told by Brooke (apparently an assistant in service) that it was probably smoke from another car and that I need to quit talking over her my husband got involved. When they dug deeper there were 2 issues with the vehicle and Brooke told my husband it was covered under warranty. When we got there to pick it up we were told by Chris it was not covered but he would comp us one time. More to the story but the long and the short of it is I DO NOT TRUST the service department at all and will likely drive 20 miles to another dealership. More
