The Service Dept didn't try to sell me additional services! I was very pleased with my buying experience of my new 2015 Kia Soul in August of 2015. I have another Kia dealer much nearer to my home, but I had h I was very pleased with my buying experience of my new 2015 Kia Soul in August of 2015. I have another Kia dealer much nearer to my home, but I had heard so many good things about Kia of Dayton. I like to do my own oil changes and simple maintenance on my car since I am a bit of a gear head. I always dread going to the dealership for work, even when it is for warranty or recalls because I know I am gonna get the sales pitch that this, that and the other needs to be done. Kia of Dayton's service department is not that way. They made the proper evaluation and repairs regarding the catalytic converter on my Soul and did not try to sell me hundreds of dollars of other services. I appreciate their business model as this takes a lot of pressure off having my vehicle in their shop for warranty repairs and recalls. Well done Service Department @ Kia of Dayton! This is much appreciated. More
