OIL CHANGE I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. THEY DID OIL CHANGE AND SAID I DIDNT NEED TIRE ROTATION I GOT THAT DONE LAST TIME AND HAD FORGOTTEN I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. Repair after cables were accidentally put on the wrong posts James Ray II of Kia Service kept me informed as Kia carefully checked my car after it was damaged from jumper cables put on the wrong posts. As the list got longer and the costs increased, I decided to call my insurance company, who picked up the vast majority of the bill (thank you Allstate!). Kia worked well with my insurance adjustor and the car repair was completed sooner than expected. I honestly feel like James Ray II is my friend now. He and the staff were very good. More

The customer service that we continue to receive, is the primary reason we continue to rely on them for our auto needs. This is especially true with the service department. I always enjoy the interactions I have with Brandon and Janes. These guys are fantastic, always professional, and consistently go above and beyond to keep us updated. They are exactly what every organization seeks from their team members.
