Kia of Dayton by far better then Matt Castrucci !!!!! I started taking my car to Kia of Dayton instead of Matt Castrucci which is only 3 minutes from my house..so I drive 35 minutes longer. They are by fa I started taking my car to Kia of Dayton instead of Matt Castrucci which is only 3 minutes from my house..so I drive 35 minutes longer. They are by far the best! Everyone that works there, greets you with a smile, they speak to you like a person. When I call to get an appointment...I never wait over a week and usually it's less. I cant brag enough how friendly and of the great work that they do!!!! Matt Castrucci's service department is awful, no customer service, they dont listen to you...when you know how your car is, the service manager is rude and unprofessional and I have been lied to by the service manager x2....hints my free oil changes they have me!!! More

Error made RIGHT I dropped my car off on Sunday and gave the keys and personal information to a sales person. By mistake, the keys were dropped in the service departm I dropped my car off on Sunday and gave the keys and personal information to a sales person. By mistake, the keys were dropped in the service department but the information was not. Because the car was not written up timely, KIA of Dayton paid for my rental car and fixed everything the next day. The service manager even told me HE would drive me to work. Suggestion: If I have an appointment for 8 a.m., a simple phone call would have cleared everything up. Also, why would a "rental' have personal items in the car? More

Horrible Service I dropped my car off for an oil change and was picked up several hours later. The driver drove dangerously slow.
