Happy with service I had been using a dealership south of Dayton for years but due to a job relocation find Kia of Dayton more convenient. I'm very happy I contacted them to take care of a recall. All phases of my experience were excellent, from the initial phone call to schedule the appointment; the consequent appointment reminders; ease of dropping the vehicle off; and the courtesy of the staff. I greatly appreciated the courtesy drive home after dropping my car, as well. They called to my attention the need for new wipers which were in rough shape. I took advantage of their discount coupon to purchase new from their parts department (less $ than AutoZone). Overall, an excellent experience. If the need arises I will return. More

Even more so when the vehicle has to be returned days later due to a mis-ordered part. A shuttle ride is of no help if it makes you an hour late for work and can't get you to your home after work, or back to work the next day. That said, the waiting room is comfy and well stocked. WiFi works. I've never had a problem with checkout or payment. Oil changes go smoothly. More

Quick fix I popped into the kia of dayton body shop last week to get an estimate on touching up a long scratch on my Kia Soul. The staff were helpful, cost was reasonable, and lucky me, they had time to do it right then! About 60 minutes later, I was back on the road. Bought a new kia sportage in March 2018 a top of the line. Bought a top of the line Kia sportage in March 2018. I feel like we didn't get the blind that hides what you have in the rear of car. I was told it was fully loaded with every possible option. I made an appointment to have oil changed on line and when I got there ,I was told I didn't have an appointment. They did go ahead and change the oil but acted like it put them out to do it. I asked for the blind cover but was told I'd have to pay $202. for it and I feel that is wrong! will never buy from this dealer again. More

I brought my van in for a recall and they informed me that there wa Everyone was very kind including the woman who made my appointment over the phone. I brought my van in for a recall and they informed me that there was also a second recall they would take care of as well. I also mentioned I was having trouble with one of the automatic doors. They went ahead and put new motors in both doors since it was covered under warranty. They also washed my car. I had a wonderful experience and it didn’t cost a dime! More
