Awesome Staff I was having what I considered a battery/power issue. I was in the area and had time so I stopped in and they were happy to take a look and help me ou I was having what I considered a battery/power issue. Kia of Dayton Service I love my Kia Dealership they are so wonderful at scheduling my appoints and completing the work on time. Excellent 4 weeks ago Outstanding experience. Driving today, Saturday December 30th on I-75 from Toronto Canada to Florida. My 2013 Forte starts running like 4 weeks ago Outstanding experience. Driving today, Saturday December 30th on I-75 from Toronto Canada to Florida. My 2013 Forte starts running like crap and I notice engine light on. Pull over and phone closes dealership, Kia of Dayton. They said they were booked for the day but when they found out we were from out of town they were very accommodating. In and out in a little more than an hour. If they hadn't taken care of us we would have had to wait until Tuesday. Brandon in service was amazing. Really felt like the customer was King even though I'm sure they worked later than planned. Thanks Brandon and dealership. Hats off More

Very satisfied with my service I always get great customer service, they got over with me what I need and don't pressure me into doing something I don't really need. Mandatory recall service Got a recall notice. Came into the huber heights dealership to drop off my car. People seemed a little irritated but got my paperwork set up and they Got a recall notice. Came into the huber heights dealership to drop off my car. People seemed a little irritated but got my paperwork set up and they had a car to take me home. He also seemed irritated. They said they were going to call when my car was done around 230pm and no call. So I called them and at first the guy seemed like he didn't know where my car was or if they fixed it. Not sure if this was from a new girl helping and paperwork getting lost or what. Finally figured it out and said my car was ready. I said I needed a shuddle and they had a new guy pick me up. He was really nice and very talkative. Got there to pick up the car and everyone seemed in better moods, more talkative. Hot my car and haven't had a problem since. More
