It would be a five star except that there is a “service” charge added to the bill, the waiting room is very cold, and there are no desks or charging stations. The appointment setting process was excellent. The service staff were very good at explaining and detailing work that would be done and the estimated time was less than stated. And yes...I was walked to my car. 😊 More

After a cup of coffee and reading part of the Dayton Daily News, about all of forty minutes, I was ready to go with a healthy and clean Rondo at a reasonable cost. The wait area and restrooms are very clean. The showroom is very nice as were the new Kia cars on display. The people were friendly and help full. I'll be back.Thank you Chris Murphy. More

Warranty service on a Kia Sportage that I had purchased used Kia of Dayton performed warranty service on my 2015 Kia Sportage. The Vapor Selenoid and Carbon Chamber needed to be replaced. Apparently the previo Kia of Dayton performed warranty service on my 2015 Kia Sportage. The Vapor Selenoid and Carbon Chamber needed to be replaced. Apparently the previous owner had over filled the gas tank and had compromised those emission controls. There was some delay in obtaining the correct parts, but after the initial efforts, they provided a very nice loaner vehicle. After the repairs were completed, I picked up my freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience. More

They help me out every time!! I have had to go to Kia very few times, which speaks to how well my car runs!!! Visit was for routine service, but I had experienced a weird occasion with the battery that I was concerned about. They listened attentively as I tried to describe what happened and promised to give it special attention. Service was completed in a very timely manner, the technician went over the report with me to let me know the condition of my car and exactly what they had done. He also told me the tests that they had run to identify my mystery problem, but everything tested out as fine. The icing on the cake, as always was the free car wash, front floor vacuuming, and front and side window wash. When it comes time to look for a new car, I will definitely be going back to Kia of Dayton. More

Went back four days later and they discovered I had some type of roofing staple in my front tire. I was very grateful they found the problem. Since I had made a couple of trips in, they fixed it at no charge. I felt very valued as a customer. They took good care of me!! More
