Safety Recall Notice I took my car in last Thursday for a safety recall notice. The next morning my car did not start. To make a long story short they said it was my batte I took my car in last Thursday for a safety recall notice. The next morning my car did not start. To make a long story short they said it was my battery. Odd that I had no problems with my battery until they worked on my car on the recall notice. I told them the mechanic must of done something to drain my battery. They were very defensive and said there was no way the mechanic did anything to the battery. Talked to the manager Melissa and she offered no empathy or apology. None of them found it odd that I never had a problem with my battery until they worked on it. Kia just cares about selling you a car but once something goes wrong and you question them about it then you will see a different side of them. Service dept and Melissa need more customer service training on how to deal with complaints. I love my 2014 Kia Optima but disappointed on how I was treated. More

Service advisors need work I had a great experience buying my car at this dealership. I have not had the same experience with the service department. Every time I have an appointment it’s new service advisors. I want to support the dealership I purchased from, but this service department makes it hard. I love my Soul and would like to buy another KIA, but my experiences in the service department make me hesitant. More

Recall and Service Attended appointment for recall and service items on my 2011 Kia Optima. Service writer said would be around 3 hours however, was done in 2 hours beca Attended appointment for recall and service items on my 2011 Kia Optima. Service writer said would be around 3 hours however, was done in 2 hours because the guys worked as a team to get it done quicker. Nice! Even got an oil change as part of the deal. Nice! Did not realize until I was almost home that they did not turn off the Check Engine light. I figured that after the recall work (engine related) was completed, they would have turned off the Check Engine light. Other than that, they are professional, courteous, friendly and more. More
