I stopped getting my oil changes at Kia in Huber Heights because the customer service was terrible! I’ve been a customer of Kia for 15 years, and I only came back due to a recall and I decided to get an oi because the customer service was terrible! I’ve been a customer of Kia for 15 years, and I only came back due to a recall and I decided to get an oil change since I was going to be there for that. I hadn’t been back there in about two years, and fortunately there was another service team in place. I must admit the customer service was a lot better!!! Not sure if I’ll come back on a consistent basis yet, but I’ll definitely consider it. More
