Service manager Dave would not review the repair - told it was safe to drive vehicle. 1 week later vehicle blew an engine that another Kia dealer told was possible the result of the fix not being completed competently. Dave from Kia of Des Moines would not even discuss this issue. This was one of several poor experiences with the service department. More
