Brought in for both headlights out. Invoice shows verification that both lights were out. Replaced driver’s side headlight housing, no information provided as to how passenger side was Invoice shows verification that both lights were out. Replaced driver’s side headlight housing, no information provided as to how passenger side was fixed, but was working when the car was given back. Taken back following weekend because driver’s side blinker wasn’t connected. Now the passenger side headlight is not working. Have given this place almost $2,000 for important work which has not been reliable. I do not trust them. Beginning to suspect I’m being taken advantage of. More

In a phone call the evening prior to the appointment, he confirmed the work I wanted to be accomplished. When I drove up to the Service entrance, he met me before I exited the car. He explained the work schedule and escorted me to the waiting area where he showed me an outlet to plug-in my laptop. He handled all the paperwork efficiently and accurately. As I departed he encouraged me to take advantage of the complimentary car wash and gave me clear directions to find it. All in all, my experience was great! More

Unfortunately, my EV6 suffered a major failure after I had the car only five days, and it had to be towed back to the dealership. It took about two months for the various problems to be corrected. I needed to rent a car for about half the time, until Kia Customer Service got involved and then a loaner car became available. I'm still waiting on the rental car reimbursement. The dealership and I also disagree about a dent in the car. I didn't see how I could have dented it, since I'd only had it five days and it was parked in my garage when not being driven - never in a parking lot. The dealership said it could not have been there when they delivered it to me, but given the poor prep that this car had before delivering, I think that the dent was there but missed. I got it repaired at the dealership but I paid for it. However, I have the car back for a few weeks now and it seems to be working well. More
