I was happy with my 2018 Kia Sportage for 3 years. Jeff Feinne was very helpful and showed the advantages of leasing another Kia Sportage. He and Brandon helped make the transition fairly easy. I look forward to enjoying this vehicle for anoter 3 years. I would certainly recommend Jeff Feinne, Brandon and Huntington Kia.

Be very careful with this dealership! Had a one o’clock appointment did leave until closing. As I let the dealership with my new vehicle everything seem fine. Reach home a try adjusting the driver seat the switch malfunction. Now the driver seat is stuck all the way back in the back seat. Next morning I called an email the mike the salesman an he ignored me the whole day. To me it seemed like he knew about the problem before they sold me the car. After waiting couple hours for a call back I decided to call an speak to a manager. While speaking to the manager he made me felt like it was my fault. I don’t understand how in the 100 point inspection Kia of Huntington claim they preform they miss the seat malfunction. I’m in the process of returning the vehicle for a full refund. I financed my end of lease on 11/11/2020. It was the worst experience of my life. I ended up cancelling warranty and maintenance on 11/12/2020 and It has been 2 months I have not received my refund. Even worse, Kia of Huntington still hasn't send out the buyout check and it has been 2 months ( I was told by Kia customer service this should take 10-15 business days). I called several times and send emails to the manager who does not even respond. So, this dealership is holding onto money ($20,000 to be exact) that does not belong to them bc my car did not not from their inventory and I do not have a warranty and maintenance package. I contacted better business bureau bc The leasing dept is trying to reposses my car bc Kia of Huntington will not send them the buyout check. I've been calling since december 4th and I get no response to the voice-mail and emails I've sent to George the manager or accounting department. George said the best way to reach him was via email and thats wrong there's basically no way of reaching him.
