Service was done well but I waited 3 hours for an oil change and software upgrade only to find out after 3 hours, the shop ran out of my air filter and had to wait for one from the Hyundai dealership. I waited over 5 1/2 hrs for a oil change tire rotate and someone to tell me what I already told them so they would have the part in which they did not. Now I have to take off again to go back so they can ch someone to tell me what I already told them so they would have the part in which they did not. Now I have to take off again to go back so they can charge me another 169.00 to put a simple latch on my driver's door. Redicilious after charging me 388.oo with coupons for oil and tire rotation. Good experience. I was helped quickly. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, not crowded, and I had a mocha! Happily, i receiveda car wash, but I was a bit disa I was helped quickly.
