Service department treated me well. Every time I visit I receive good service. However show room building dated. Needs updated. Used to have snacks and drinks. We were scheduled for an oil change. Upon arrival we sat in our car 5 minutes before anyone approached us. Finally after a few more minutes we were finally talking to a service rep. While waiting in the waiting area we did get the video of them working on our car. That was nice! We saw our car outside, finished. It was in line with several other cars. We waited 45 minutes to get our car after the work was completed. We tried to get someone’s attention but we’re ignored by numerous people. Some of these elderly gentleman were just walking around without any sign of a job function. Still no one asked if they could help us. We were not the only frustrated customers. If not for the free oil changes that comes with my new car, I doubt I will ever return. More

Easy to work with, pretty straight forward. But very disappointed that I couldn't transfer my previous service contract to my new car because of changed ownership of Kia dealership. I had to wait a while (15 min) before I was approached even with an appointment for service. I thought oil change prices were high and I wanted to buy tires, but price was much higher than other local st even with an appointment for service.
