Had two batteries in eight months, but was still experiencing intermittent won’t start issues. Alyssa and her team were diligent in trying everything, testing out related components and systems; the experiencing intermittent won’t start issues. After the second visit which was a three night sleepover, the tech could not duplicate the no-start. So not sure why, but so far so good! I appreciate their extra effort in trying to figure out a difficult very intermittent symptom. If necessary I will feel confident returning for additional service. More
